All orders are subject to product availability and successful payment confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of stock issues, pricing errors or inaccurate product information.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notice. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information.

4. Custom Sizing

Custom sizing is available on selected pieces. Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and customisation details.

5. Made-to-Order

Made-to-order pieces are crafted after the order is placed and may take up to 3 weeks to complete before dispatch.

6. Custom Orders

Customised orders require full prepayment and are non-cancellable and non-exchangeable, subject to applicable consumer rights and our published policies.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We offer shipping across India and international shipping where available. Ready-to-ship pieces are generally dispatched within 24–48 hours, while made-to-order pieces follow their stated production timeline. Delivery times may vary due to courier, weather, customs or other circumstances beyond our control.

8. International Orders

International customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country.

9. Returns & Exchanges

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Customers are requested to review the policy before placing an order.

10. Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been confirmed, changes or cancellations may not always be possible, particularly for made-to-order or customised pieces. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance.
